Spinach Chicken

I came up with this on my own.  Just put a handful of baby spinach in a blender (aka my Magic Bullet) with a cup of water and quarter cup of olive oil.  Add some salt and pepper for taste.  Pour the well-blended concoction over thawed chicken breasts and put in oven at 375 degree Fahrenheit.  Leave for a half hour the check it regularly.  Cut close to the chicken bone to check for blood.  When it is fully cooked you are good to go 🙂 The sauce goes great with warmed Naan/basic flatbread.
