Grilled Red Potatoes and Zucchini



Simply cut potatoes and zucchini into bite size pieces. Start by grilling ,just the potatoes as they take a bit longer to cook.  Add onion for taste with some salt and pepper for seasoning.  When potatoes look like they are beginning to brown add the zucchini pieces.  Once zucchini’s are browned check one of the potatoes.  Normally if they are too hard to get a fork through then you have not cooked them enough. Have fun with it and be creative.  Add some red bell peppers or mushrooms if you would like.
